GlobalFest
GlobalFest is an annual event that includes food, performances and displays from around the world. Guests can visit country-themed booths and meet people who have an interest in sharing cultures. It's a great opportunity to learn about various cultures and traditions and enjoy really great food!
Watch GlobalFest 2012 LIVE!
The ILSC is proud to offer the
LIVE online broadcast
of the GlobalFest 2012 stage show! Friends and family anywhere
in the world will be able to see our talented students perform for
the campus community.
To access the live broadcast:
1) You will need to download the Flash Player at
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. If you watch YouTube videos, you
probably have the Flash Player already installed on your computer.
2) Go to
http://international.highline.edu/thunderworld/globalfest.htm on
Saturday, May 12 at 7:00pm (19:00) Pacific Daylight Time. Click on
the video link to
GlobalFest 2012 at http://id.highline.edu/video/live/. You can
use the World Clock time zone converter to figure out the correct
time for your time zone:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html.
3) At 7:00pm PDT, click on the PLAY arrow inside the black box.
Note: If you get a message that says "stream not found: live," it's
because the show has not started yet. You may need to hit "refreshâ
before you try again.
4) Enjoy the show!
GlobalFest 2011
Guests at GlobalFest 2011 were treated to the "Highline
International District Neighborhood Block Party!" Did you miss the
show? But don't worry...you can watch the

GlobalFest 2010
The ILSC planned another excellent celebration of Highline's
cultural diversity with "GlobalFest 2X10," a futuristic voyage to
"Planet Highline."
