Highline College offers both virtual and in-person services.
Our office is located on the Highline Campus in Building 25, on the 5th floor (see more information to the right). Please do not come to campus if you have symptoms related to COVID-19.
ISP staff is also available by email, phone and Zoom. Please visit our ISP Zoom Lobby during Drop-In Hours (see table). (You can also join with meeting ID: 400-533-578.)

To request an appointment (either in Zoom or in person), email int@highline.edu. Include your name, ctcLink ID if you have one, the topic you wish to discuss, and a range of dates and times (in WA time zone) that you are available. Note that staff may not be available outside of normal operating hours.

Housing
Highline offers international students the unique opportunity to live right on campus in a brand new apartment complex located only steps away from your classrooms and student resource centers. ESL Programs
Highline partners with Kaplan to offer English Language courses. If you need to practice your English to improve your TOEFL or IELTS score, or prepare for academic studies in the U.S., you can study ESL through Kaplan. University Partners
Students can save thousands of dollars by attending Highline College before transferring to a 4-year university. Highline Partners with many universities in the United States and internationally to offer Conditional Acceptance to a 4-year university for students who are admitted to Highline College. Tuition and Resources

Once an international student completes their first quarter at Highline College, they may become eligible to apply for a Scholarship and/or On-Campus Employment. Note that scholarships are competitive and students must meet all eligibility requirements to be considered.
