About Highline College
Highline College is an accredited 2-year and 4-year degree offering institution. Highline College promotes student engagement, learning, and achievement, integrates diversity and globalism throughout the college, sustains relationships within its communities, and practices sustainability in human resources, operations, and teaching and learning.
Highline’s main campus is located on an 80-acre tree-filled site in the Pacific Northwest, 20 minutes south of downtown Seattle. Perched on a hill in Des Moines, Washington, the main campus overlooks the beautiful Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains.

About International Student Programs
The International Student Programs office (ISP) is the first stop for all international students at Highline College. ISP manages international student recruitment, admissions and retention, working closely with students throughout their academic program at Highline, and beyond. ISP is committed to the success of international students, and ensuring that all students have a safe and secure learning environment while also expanding their understanding of culture and American academic systems.
