Highline College offers both virtual and in-person services.
Our office is located on the Highline Campus in Building 25, on the 5th floor (see more information below the table). Please do not come to campus if you have symptoms related to COVID-19.

Emergency Phone
We recognize that there may be times when an international student or family member wants to speak to an international student advisor or admissions staff member when our office is closed. However, the only true emergencies would be:
- Death or severe injury of a student
- Urgent medical insurance verification issue
- Urgent international travel issue, such as being prevented from entering or re-entering the US
If you experience any of these issues outside of normal business hours, please contact Highline College’s Public Safety department at (206)592-3218. They will assess the situation and connect you with the appropriate ISP staff member.
Public Safety is NOT able to answer general status or admissions questions. All non-urgent matters should be directed to ISP during normal business hours. Here are examples of non-urgent issues:
- Checking on the status of an application
- Enrollment questions (such as choosing classes, class cancellation)
- Tuition questions (including tuition deadlines and payment plans)
