Tuition Tips for ISP Students
Spring 2024 quarter tuition is due by Monday, March 18, 2024. We recommend making your payment as soon as you finish enrolling for classes with an ISP advisor.

Here is how you can access your tuition information through ctcLink:
Payment plans are available as well! Highline College offers a payment plan that international students are able to join. The Tuition Payment Options page explains how to sign up for the payment plan.
Wire transfer (also known as bank transfer) is also an option for international students. See more information at the bottom of this page.
There will be a $100 Orientation and Activities Fee added to your account after orientation. Please be aware of that when you are budgeting for your tuition. This is a one-time-only fee.
Dates and deadlines. Please check this website to view when tuition payments are due.
Highline College tuition cost. This page will give you an estimate on tuition cost per credit.
Additional fees. This page explains some of the additional fees that all Highline students pay. These are related to tuition and fees on your account each quarter.

- Activate your myHighline account if you have not already done so.
- Your account must be active in order for you to request an invoice.
- You should have received myHighline account activation instructions by email from helpdesk@highline.edu; if you have not, please contact the ISP office at welcometeam@highline.edu for assistance.
- Request an invoice using this form. You must be logged in to your Highline account to access the form. If you receive a message saying you need permission, please log out of any other accounts and try again.
- Check your Highline email account for a response from our staff. We will prepare the invoice and send it to you at that account.Important notes regarding wire transfer:
- If using this, you must wire the EXACT amount of your tuition.
- This process can take additional time, so please do not wait.
